AUDIO-VISUAL PRODUCERS SUMMIT- Reggio Calabria 10-13 June, 2024

“New frontiers” is the title of this year AVPSummit, held this year in Villa San Giovanni, Reggio Calabria (Italy) from June 10-12, 2024, is an international conference organized by APA/Cinecittà for DGCA Ministry of Cultural Heritage, in association with APA/Cinecittà, supported by MAECI | Italian Trade Agency, MiC and the Calabria Region, in collaboration with MPA, PGA, CNC, Unifrance, and BFI.

The Summit is a 3-day event dedicated to the Italian and international industry, bringing together representatives from some of the most prestigious production and distribution companies, television networks, digital platforms, and independent studios.

It will feature a series of panels to discuss current challenges and opportunities affecting the industry, as well as hot topics such as the value of co-productions, the impact of new technologies like artificial intelligence and VFX, financing models, and state incentives from a comparative perspective.

It aims to collaboratively define the future paradigms of the global audiovisual ecosystem and strengthen relationships among audiovisual industry professionals through networking opportunities, as we navigate towards new frontiers.

Additionally, this year it will also host the MAXIMO Award ceremony, an important recognition for the leading figures in the Italian audiovisual world.
