Meet the Italian Audiovisual Producers
March 6th – The Italian Trade Agency Los Angeles Office in collaboration with APA-Association of Audiovisual Producers organized a networking event in Beverly Hills where 10 Italian audiovisual companies presented their companies and slate of IPs, meeting with 30 American producers, studio executives, and agents.
Companies that make up the history of Italian TV (Publispei, Alexandra Cinematografica, and Compagnia Leone to name a few) with their IPs and new players gathered.
A unique opportunity for both sides to broaden horizons, to get to know new players and projects.
The last time this event was held was in 2019. The pandemic has deeply changed viewers’ tastes, habits, and consumption. And the entire audiovisual ecosystem has changed. There’s more appetite for experimentation, hence increased international filming.
It’s a global content world. We are positive that new collaboration will begin, and stay tuned for our next event in Italy, Trieste July 19-23.
