80th Golden Globes Award Ceremony
The Golden Globes took place January 10th, 2023 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills hosted by Jarrod Carmichael.
We are glad that Italy participated in the victory of “The White Lotus” as Best Limited Series or TV Motion Picture. The second season of the HBO production, filmed in beautiful Taormina (Sicily), won in two categories: Best Limited Series and Best supporting Actress with Jennifer Coolidge. Receiving the award, director and creator Mike White said “I wanted to do my speech in Italian, but I am too drunk,” and he thanked the extraordinary Italian cast and crew.
