The Kolors and Emma for the celebration of Italian Music in the U.S.

The 18th edition of Hit Week, the festival dedicated to promoting Italian music across the globe, returns to the United States from October 11th to 15th, 2024. Organized with the support of ICE – Italian Trade Agency and FIMI (Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana), this year’s festival will feature The Kolors in Miami and Emma in Los Angeles as the headline acts.

The Kolors, a dynamic synth-pop trio originally from Naples and now based in Milan, have rapidly become one of Italy’s most exciting contemporary music acts. Their 2023 hit, Italodisco, dominated the charts in Italy and across Europe, bringing their energetic and modern take on Italian pop to the forefront. Their recent participation in the 2024 San Remo festival further solidified their standing in Italy’s vibrant music scene.

Emma, a powerhouse in the Italian music industry, will be performing in Los Angeles, offering fans in the U.S. a unique opportunity to experience her powerful vocals and emotionally charged performances. Known for her impactful presence in the Italian music scene, Emma continues to captivate audiences worldwide.

In addition to the headlining acts, Miami will also host four exceptional special guests as part of the Siae Chi Crea program: Didi, Damien Mc Fly, Liverpool Alligator Park, and Giulia Mutti. Hit Week Talent, organized by Rockol.it, will also make a return, bringing two emerging artists from the Italian music scene to perform in Los Angeles.

This year’s festival will take place in iconic venues, including the Miami Beach Bandshell Arena and the legendary Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles. Additionally, the week will feature DJ sets celebrating Italo disco, panels with leading figures in the U.S. music industry, masterclasses by participating artists at prestigious universities, acoustic shows, and photographic exhibitions. These events aim to showcase the best of Made in Italy and further the Italian music industry’s global reach.
